- Establishing measurable objectives and targets for periodic review
- Actively encouraging feedback for continuous improvement
- Reporting QMS issues and incidents
- Reporting QMS performance to Senior Management
- Reviewing the Al Sajaa Shipping Agency's Quality Management System at planned intervals
